Which platform & tools will you be using for my project?
We use the best website content management system (CMS), wordpress which allows you to easy publish and ideal for blogs or websites. With this platform you can update yours site, add plugins (features), add pages and you don’t even have to know HTML! We also use Thesis Theme for wordpress as the core design and SEO platform. How much do you charge for a particular thesis theme website?
Our design charge depends on a couple of aspects such as the quality of the design, work load, tools, features, your existing website, additional services such as banner design, twitter background etc. At present we don’t bill individual services, instead we pack all things required into a one round figure quote. Our average pricing for a basic web project goes from $300-$600, and above $600 for an extensive web project. [Back to top]
How long will it take to complete/ deliver my project?
We take an average 7-10 days to complete a website. If we get good co-operation from your side, we do it even faster. Most of our clients are taking ongoing service, as they constantly want to edit and update their designs and adding features. Currently we are not taking any urgent project. [Back to top]
What are the payment methods you support?
We accept major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover; PayPal payments and Payoneer. All payments are processed through 2Checkout secure transaction.

Why Payoneer is asking to provide my personal details?
Payoneer requires your personal details including name, address and email address; they want your credit card details to be able to charge the amount you are paying to us. If you are from USA, you maybe asked for your social security number; feel safe because payoneer have a secured web interface and your valuable information won’t be stolen. [Back to top]
Do I have to pay you in advance?
We require half upfront payment, and the rest when finishing the project. For an example if we are charging $600 for your project, we will require half, that means $300 in advance; you have to pay the rest $300 when we hand over the project. In different cases, we require half or full upfront payment, depending on the project and amount. [Back to top]
Is there any hidden fees you will be charging?
Absolutely no! We won’t charge extra from what we have given you a quote; but if you have some additional tasks that haven’t discussed before, such as a logo design, article writing, twitter background or on-going website maintenance, then charges will be applied. [Back to top]
Do you design non-thesis theme based websites?
No, we don’t. Thesis Theme for WordPress is the last theme you will ever need for your website and the superior framework and features lets you to add elements, content area and the way you want to make your site design. It’s super SEO friendly and so good, that we use it to design our sites. You can also get services other than the website like Twitter background design, Logo design etc. [Back to top]
How do I get the Thesis Theme?
There are 2 options; one is getting it from the official Thesis Site for $87 (single site edition) or $167(developers edition) the other option is to get a clients license from us that will cost you $40/site. We would suggest you to have a license from us(worth $40) if you are willing to use it on a single site, or purchase the developers edition (worth $167) that will allow you to use it one as many sites as you want. Will you be putting a footer link in my website?
Yes and No, if you wish to keep a footer link, we will put it there, if you don’t we won’t force you; a link in the footer or about page help us get some potential customers from your website. [Back to top]
Will I get the legal rights as the owner of the website’s design?
Yes you will; each of our website designs are unique and we had to do the design from scratch each and every time, so there’s no way your design will be duplicated by us. We will also help you putting up a copy protected attribution from Creative Commons, which will help you protect your design. [Back to top]
Do you offer an on-going website management/ design service?
Yes we do, because the development of a website can take a long time as you will be needing to update, upgrade and adding features; we can give you a standard monthly price quote, where we will help you by adding content, styling the site and adding new features. [Back to top]
Which login details/ passwords will you need from me when you start the project?
We will need the login details of your wordpress admin panel and the FTP username and password. Don’t know what these are? Then please just give us the login details to your web hosting account, we’ll take care of this for you. Additioanly, if you want us to implement the twitter/ youtube background or facebook landing page design, then we will need login details for those sites. [Back to top]
Is it better to choose a company like you than a single freelancer?
It’s always better to give your project to a reliable designer or a company like us, but the problem is most people fail to get a good provider when out-sourcing. We have clients who had bad experience hiring providers who say they can take the project and end up doing nothing. Clients had to waste too much money, effort and time discussing the project and at the very end they get nothing.
